Hello community! Pumped to be on this app! I've been going strong for 4 days 1800 calories with intermittent fasting I've lost 6.5 lbs in 4 days! I know that will be bad for my skin but it felt good! Anyways, I am first and foremost doing this for myself, but I have a little side motivator. My last ex broke up with me because she said she "just wasn't attracted to me anymore" dat *kitten*. Now you know I have to get after that revenge bod. Thanks for listening and let's do this together y'all!

    The best revenge is to just live well and be happy.

    One quick suggestion: consider thinking of your weight loss as something steady, slow and lasting.
    Don't rush; it's not a race.
    MFP recommends about a pound or so lost per week. Fast weight loss is seldom a result that sticks. Don't be that guy.
