Weight going down really slow

Thank you all for the support, suggestions and inputs. A couple of updates:
1. I am continuing to lose a pound per week.
2. I tried being more honest with my diet and that helped me to see results as well
3. I've noticed that on days I work out, my weight seems to go up by a point or three. Maybe muscles?
4. I am trying to eat more fiber even if my carbs intake is more than my daily goal. I hope that helps.0
