My kick butt husband invented an at home frappuccino.
220 calories and 24 grams of protein.
take a whole tray of ice, put in blender (we have a ninja, you need a blender that can chop ice )
After ice is in, fill blender up to two cup mark with water.
Add two servings of Hill Brothers cappuccino powder, one serving of gold standard Whey Protein.
blend.
It makes over 24 ounces of drink.
Coffee flavored milkshakes! Back on the menu!
Enjoy!

Hmm, sounds good. I'm going to Sam's club later and they have a really good ice cappuccino mix, so I might have to try it. I have some peanut butter chocolate protein powder, so it'll have a peanut butter kick to it but that actually sounds awesome.0
