Weight Loss

With the help of myfitnesspal, I have lost 30 pounds in 74 days. Any advice on losing more and not gaining it back?

    Hello! I want to start out by saying congrats on your progress! Now, my personal tips on still losing/ not gaining are:
    -Be aware that weightloss is not just downward. Don't freak out if you gain a little weight, fluctuation is normal
    -Make sure this is sustainable. If you don't love the workouts you're doing or the food you're eating you will not be successful. Take time to try new forms of exercise and alternate ways of eating.
    -If working out is a part of your weightloss, make sure you're giving yourself fuel to do your best in the workout. Also, give yourself a rest day every once in a while.
