Whole 30 Day Challenge

Anyone in here doing this strict Paleo diet. I have lost 22 pounds and kept it off for 2 years and still have the last 10 to go. This challenge will work if I do some slow cooking meals and really plan ahead. I like the idea of eliminating things and then slowly reintroducing some back in to see how my body and brain responds. Looking for comments on the system and support (friends too) from anyone who is going in this direction too. It makes a lot of sense to me.

I completed a Whole30 last month... it was very hard going for me actually... they make you eat breakfast and I feel nauseous at the thought.. you can't have dairy.. I tried coconut milk in my coffee and did find it palatable - unfortunately one of the things I DIDN'T expect was that I was more intolerant to that than dairy - it bloated me terribly and I had stomach problems. When i went back to dairy the bloat went away. I also found out that sugar gives me headaches and joint pain. It was well worth doing, but wasn't something I felt I could sustain long term. I am however quite in to the Primal way of eating.. quite Paleo and Whole30 but they all vary slightly. Primal lets you have things like dairy because it can be good for you if you are not intolerant to it - where as Paleo focuses more on what was only available in that time period.
