Go!!

Good morning all!

I'm feeling kind of under the weather today so I only did 10 minute ab workout "21day Extreme"
Which is no joke but I got it done, it's the weekend I know most of us want to chill. Here in RVA that's very easy to do with the way the winds blowing today LOL.
But do your best to try to get in at least one workout each, workout is a building block to reach our goals so don't give up just get going.
And always remember to hydrate drink your shake for recovery watch your intake of food and drinks especially alcohol.

This is short and sweet today but I didn't want to let anyone down to help us help each other keep that drive.
To keep going down the road that might get bumpy and steep hills along the way.
We don't want any U-turns, minor pit stops are okay to refuel yourself for a minor tuneup for any given day.
As well as long a that detour is not leading you to an off exit for an excuse to give up.
It's just a brief moderation in any given day of our routines.
I'm in this with you to help you where I can.
I have my days of doubt that I can't do this just like most of you but I do it anyway because of everyone of your comments keeps helping me to push you

    I'm feeling extra hungry and sore this morning. I really don't want to workout today. I think im gonna go make myself a big, protein packed lunch and get to it. Even if i only do a 30 minute workout. Thanks :) we all have those days!
