I haven't logged much on here just started using the app more this week. I weighed myself about 6months ago and I was at my highest weight of 374 and I said Hell no to that. I decided to use the gym membership I was paying for but not using. Small steps I told myself. I changed what I eat and researched healthy lifestyle ways till I couldn't take it anymore. I'm still on my journey but the first 30lbs have pumped me up to continue the journey.

    Good on you!! I finally started going back to the gym after 8 months and gaining a few. Good luck on your journey!! :smile:
