Hi thanks for reading. I literally just downloaded the app this week and have been really good with diet and exercise.

I do cardio in the gym with interval training on the treadmill and some spin on the bike. I'd love to incorporate more cardio and weights.

I learned how to use the machines and was thinking to start with 20kg ( that's what I can lift after trialing weights) any ideas on sets and reps.

If anyone needs any help on stretched and flexibility tips let me know. Have a degree in dance so not bad with some things.
