How to look at people's diaries?

Probably a really simple answer, and/or dumb question but when people ask to look at their diaries how do you do this? Many thanks!

Click on their user name under their picture and then click on their username again in the box that pops up and if their diary is open to view then it will have a box to click on for their diary.
