Doing good withing eating goals, now I'm looking for cardio tips.

I'm a month in and I lost 7 lbs, but that's just cause I stuck to my diet. Now I want to feel better combining my diet with cardiovascular exercise. Any tips on what things I can do besides, running, swimming, and boxing/mma.

I'm looking for something to do after I get out of bed. Like push ups or jumping jacks, or things that rise your heart rate like those exercises mentioned.

How many reps, or set? How long is good enough to feel energized for the morning. And what is a good heart rate to keep going?

I'm 30, male, 5'7, and 188lb. I live in Chicago, Illinois; if anyone knows of good trails to go to. (Biking, jigging, ect.)
