Pancake receipe High Protein Low Carb Delicious
Options
1/3 cup quick oats
1 egg, 1 white (subtract 70 calories if you use 2 egg whites)
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup no-sugar syrup (35 cal.)
Blend oats, cottage cheese, eggs in the blender until smooth
use Pam to coat the hot griddle. Pour batter and cook 3 pancakes.
Put syrup in the microwave for 1/2 minute or so to heat and pour over pancakes. I do it gradually to enjoy the taste.
I also recommend putting cinnamon on the pancakes while they are cooking. Tastes great.

Fyi, if you replace the egg with egg whites, you would use 3 egg whites total, the 1 plus two to replace the whole egg. This is pretty much Bill Phillips pancake recipe that I make all the time although it calls for cinnamon and a little sweetener.0
