Portable snacks for gastritis

Options
Hi,
I was diagnosed with gastritis yesterday. I am a FT college student with a job. I need portable snacks/meals options for gastritis. I have no access to a refrigerator or a microwave. So something that won't spoil would be nice. If I have to, I will buy a lunch box and ice packs, but I don't want to have to carry extra stuff. My hands are already full!

Thank you!

I had to look up foods that will help with your gastritis. Foods high in flavonoids and high in fiber can help. It seems to me a fair number of the health bars would fit the bill. Check if they have berries in them like raspberries or dried blueberries.

Hummus with crackers and celery would be nice.

Soft tofu comes in portable dessert packs.

Pemmican with dried berries, garlic, and onion would be ideal.

    Kale chips.

Thank you, I've been looking for options and some information is very conflicting. It is overwhelming!

My daughter has been suffering with digestive issues and figuring what works for her has been a highly individual affair. My doctor-sister suggested starting with a FODMAP diet and gradually add foods. A pain, I know.
