Need meal ideas want to lose 20 lbs.

    You can eat anything you want to lose weight, as long as you keep a consistent calorie deficit. (I'll just mention it in case you feel you have to eat something specific to lose weight. Lots of people do.) For health and satiety, a wide variety of foods from all food groups, will be helpful, and to keep sane, it's a good idea to not cut out anything you can't see yourself happily abstaining from forever.

    I've tried many of the MFP recipes they post on their blog and they have all been great! If you have a slow cooker they have an awesome super easy quinoa and egg casserole.
