Weekend Discipline through Memorial Day

If you're like me, you log your food and exercise faithfully Mon.-Fri. Then, on Saturday (sometimes as early as Friday evening, your body convinces you that you DESERVE to let loose for the weekend. In my world, this translates to a cycle in which my weight loss efforts start from Square One every Monday. Frustrating! The challenge: between now and May 31, FAITHFULLY and TRUTHFULLY log intake/exercise Saturday and Sunday. Im excited to see if this is the habit that will get me off my weight-loss roller coaster.Good luck!
