My post to a family friend that missed her workout ...
That's OK sweetie life happens we just put a little extra time in the next day that's all.
I'm still under the weather myself sore throat and ear ache this morning.
I'm just going to do a light workout again today workouts are like building blocks whether we put up one block or two or more!
Even just pick the block up and move it from one spot to another that's progress.
So today right when you're ready to quit do one more set up one more push-up one more squat whatever it may be in that'll make up for the time you missed0
