I am a returning member with a goal of losing 15 pounds. I'm three years post WLS and starting to put the pounds back on. Hoping that with the help of MFP and members here, I will stay motivated to continue my journey.

    Good luck. I think you can do this. Just make sure you log your food intake I think. It's a real good way to keep yourself honest about how much you ate.
