Hello....new to fitness pal...looking for friendship and support

Hello all....my name is Faith and like many people, I am still working on controlling the yo-yo a fact of losing weight gaining weight losing weight gaining weight for many years in my life. so anyhow, I am hoping to grasp the whole everything in moderation/weight loss/ good health PERSPECTIVE this time....I have done very well in the past with weight loss only to gain it back, I have been involved with many of the weight-loss program and some have worked better than others. This time, Instead of looking for a weight-loss program I am looking now for a life style change....food and activity plan/habits that I can see myself doing throughout life and as a satisfying life rather than a quick fix to lose and go back to regular habits...for the first time I think ever. Although I knew that that was what it was I never truly had that perspective as I was losing the weight. I hope this time I will find success with this new mental perspective about things. I am hopeful to support others with things that have been good habits and tips for me in the past and looking to many of you for new ideas and support to achieve my goals.
