I am starting insanity tomorrow and I was wondering if insanity will not only help me tone up and lose some weight but also reduce cellulite?

Exercise is for fitness and health. Calorie deficit is for weight loss.
Cellulite is genetic. Even lean girls can have it. Lowering one's body fat helps to reduce it (it NEVER goes away) and that's again done on a calorie deficit. But as I mentioned, genetics will dictate how much you lose.
You can do all the Insanity exercising in the world, but if you aren't in a calorie deficit, fat loss isn't going to happen.

Your heart and cardio vascular system will greatly appreciate the effort of you doing it - for the cellulite.... look into how much you eat mostly!0

reducing my overall bodyfat helped tremendously, but if i'm going out for the night or something i will use a SMR stick on the one area i have mild cellulite on with a little coconut oil. It reduces the appearance for about 12 hours or so.0

That's a super interesting suggestion, how long before would I put it on?0 -

i'm confused by your question. But here's what i do-
I have several foam rollers, massage balls, spiked balls, etc. But i use a device similar to this for my hamstring/glute tie in.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nBL2aWGF7_A
It just reduces the appearance for a short period of time. I lather coconut oil on so that the massager glides over my skin and gives me a little glow. This is of course, only temporary, but works pretty well.
Otherwise, just focus on fat loss. I lost 90% of my cellulite just by losing weight and the residual i can manage the appearance of.
hope this helps!0 -
Thank you that really does help!0
