Best snacks with less sodium and less fat?

I'm having trouble getting enough calories with all that I do- I teach water fitness 12 times a week and walk a dog for an hour three times a week. But I ALWAYS go over my sodium and fat limit with my snacks, which are at the end of the day. Suggestions?

Fruit, veggies, air popped popcorn.... lots of things to chose from.

Personally I don't look at those Macro numbers on my diary as limits I look at them as minimums to be met.

Just curious...do you measure out your peanut butter each time? And how much do you use? I feel like I need to measure or I'll eat too much. So good!!

Are your sodium and fat limits currently set high enough for your current activity?

Apple w/ pb2 or other powdered peanut butter
    fruits & veggies
little bowl of cereal -I like reduced sodium Rice Krispies
    no salt rice cakes
air popped popcorn sans oil and salt -I like to add homemade coconut sugar caramel (just cook like regular caramel but forget the butter and cream or used almond milk if need be)
vans gluten free toaster waffles are super yummy and if you get the lite, whole wheat version they're low in fat and fairly low in sodium

also you can get sodium free salt substitutes that can lower your sodium quite a bit, just check your local health food store or online

Who set those limits, and why?
