I was wondering if anyone has tried German Creatine? If so did you see any significant gains and what brand did you use? Btw I'm already taking in a lot of calories and lifting heavy but I just want a supplement to give me that extra push, if you will.

I haven't tried that specific one but I do take creatine and glutamine. I find that I'm not as sore and it helps maintain muscle especially after big lifting days

I used to order from bodyenfitshop.nl they deliver in Germany. Their housebrand is goos. Im still using it and there prices are really good. Make sure to drink enough water when using creatine.

Protein and Creatine (Monohydrate, powdered version). Cheap and effective.

My brother ran German creatine and loved it (I believe it had red on the label). Thing is its all similar, and believed to be effective at a pretty low price so IMO it's worth a shot. Like hamstermanV2 said monohydrate powder- thats what I take, I'm not a solid believer in it but since it's so cheap I stay on it. If you can afford the creatine HCL then it may be something to look into, it's highly concentrated, no loading phase, and better bioavalability. My go to supp is BCAAS over creatine, if your not familiar also a good thing to learn about!! If taking creatine for the love of god make sure it mixes all the way before drinking it. People have a tendency to put it in cold water where it doesn't blend and when they drink it complain about bloating or other stomach issues.
