Hi My name is Carrie. I have lost 55 lbs over the past year using my fitness pal. I was exercising but not loosing until I started using this app. I workout at least 30 min a day no matter what. I am reaching out to help anyone who just does not think it is possible. If you really want it, you can do it. The problem is getting to the point where you see enough results to put that little voice in your head to bed. I would love to help anyone that needs to talk to some one that actually is getting there! I have 30 lbs to go....1 day at a time! Determination and dedication!
