I know how to add or delete different categories to track in my food listing, but how do I change the daily intake goals. I need to increase my fiber intake. Aside from overshooting the preset goal can I manually change it...?

    When you are at the My Home page click on Goals. Then scroll down and hit change goals. Choose the custom option and there you go! :D
