Hey,

I'm not super new to MFP (have used it on and off for about a year), but just started getting serious again about a month ago. I'm a 34yo mother of two young kids. I have lost about 9lbs this month and want to lose about 25-30 more to arrive at my goal weight of 135-140lbs. I'm far from an expert, just figuring it out as I go and also trying to stick to the things that have helped me lose significant amounts of weight before having children. I don't do fads or special diets, just eat smaller, more frequent meals and exercise...so yeah, hoping that will work again this time. I want to get/stay inspired, learn, and also provide support and encouragement to others!

    I'm 29, mother of 6. We have the same goal weight and that's what I do. Smaller meals more exercise.

    I am also 29 but a godfather of 2 godchildren. We can support each other throughout our journey.
