Food addiction/Stop eating junk?

Does anyone have any tips for not letting yourself eat junk? I don't even have to be hungry and I'll pass a fast food place and eat sometimes. It's like my brain literally "forgets" I'm trying to be healthy and lose weight. And I'm not starving myself by any means. I haven't been logging because I was thinking maybe it was due to obsessing about what I ate... but I have noticed that it's getting worse lately.
For example I did great on Monday and Tuesday at work, Wednesday at home I made a home made pizza and ate the whole thing (not totally stressing this because it was a veggie and cheese pizza, about 800 calories total), then the last 2 days I ate before I left for work and stopped on the way for fast food, and then when I got to work there was cake one day and Dominos pizza the next, and I ate those as well..
I feel bad because I know I'm trying to lose weight, but it's really like I can't process this the second that desire to eat comes along... I seriously feel like this is probably what an addict goes through based off my understanding of addiction
TLDR; Brain wants me to eat, I want to be healthy. Help?

Two different parts of your brain have different goals and fight each other. Check out "Brain over binge", here's a short instructional video:

Will do! It's so frustrating because a few years ago I was doing really well and had lost like 15 lbs (It took me 6 months but I was getting stronger as well!), then I fell off and haven't been able to get even close to the same results and I know it's because of my diet0 -
@kommodevaran Thanks for the video! That was interesting. Now if only I can get myself to register that when I'm faced with the option of food...0

+1 for @kommodevaran's recommendation of brain over binge.0

What works for me is, when I indulge myself in junk food, after that I do something that I really hate ( like every time) as punishment. For example I go running (I hate running, that`s my most hated thing to do). And I stopped after a few weeks.0
