Don't be discouraged - 3 lbs. in 6 weeks is good! It may not be what you want, but it is nothing to balk at. For perspective, I've been trying ridiculously hard to lose for 27 months and have lost 32 lbs. You are losing at twice that rate.0

Everyone keep telling me you will feel so much better giving up smoking, exercising and better diet but actually I've felt horrendous ever since LOL0 -
I fail to see how losing 3 pounds is 'not any weight'.0
