I need help

Hi! My name is Sherry. I'm 53 years old and would like to loss 50-60 lbs. I have no energy, bad back, no real support. I get up at 0300 everyday for work. I'm at work by 0500, if I'm lucky I'll be off at 1530. One drive home, cook dinner, clean up, shower and off to bed. Please help me get motivated.

    Sherry, take every moment of your day and think of it as a chance to burn calories. Take the parking spot further out. Once an hour get up and move around. If you have stairs in your home, do them twice if you have to go up or down once. Log food religiously. You will start to see gains and in that comes additional motivation.
