Good morning all I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!
It's a nice sunny day here in RVA but I'm moving kind of slow today. I was under the weather this weekend I started feeling better late Sunday but I kind of overdid it by installing a floor in my kitchen. Now my knees hurt my arms hurt my hands I just hurt!!
I didn't get to bed until after three this morning so I'm going to follow my own rules.
I'm already blessed because I'm awake this morning, but I'm definitely going to get some Rest! And once I get up I will do some I'm be doing Pilates extreme so not to overwork my body after being ill and working on the floor.
So all you champions out there get your workouts in whether it's hour or whether it's 10 minutes as long as you get that workout and remember to hydrate remember be mindful of your intake.
Short and sweet today.
