What's up, my name is nick and I started my journey at 295 lbs. I was sad and tired all the time, not the ideal position for a 25 year old.
Well 6 months ago today I decided to Change that. So far I'm at 235lbs (60lbs lost). Still pushing for another 30 lbs but it is do-able. I workout each day for 60-90 mins each day. I do cardio and weight lifting each day.
