Losing the weight again

In my late thirties, I decided to diet and start working out. I saw a infomercial for P90X and decided to give it a try. I am not much into the gym scene as I find it intimidating. I lost about 45 pounds and was down to 210 pounds. Unfortunately, due to family issues and some injuries from adult league sports, I gained all of the weight back. I gained about 60 pounds over 3-4 years. I didn't realize how bad I had gotten until I saw a picture of myself in the newspaper during a charity work event. I started my new journey to weight loss and healthy lifestyle about 2 months ago. I found a great facebook group that has helped teach me nutrition, positive motivation and how to make this a lifestyle and not just a diet. I have currently lost 21 pounds. I am down to 247lbs from 270lbs and feeling great. I have just become a coach with our team and would love to pay it forward. For anyone struggling with nutrition or just want motivation and accountability, Let me show you what an awesome fitness family I am part of. Feel free to friend me and good luck on your journey!

I could totally use a "starting again" buddy. I lost 80lbs through MFP and gained 60 of it back over two years. It's depressing and I can't seem to make myself accountable anymore. I don't know what's wrong with me... it was so simple the first time.

I'm not entirely sure of you're looking for friends or recruits to your MLM scheme.

I am here to help not recruit. If you want motivation or help, I do not request anything in return. If you check out my group you would understand. We do not require you to purchase anything. We are here to help anyway we can. They have helped me learn nutrition and how to make this a lifestyle change. I just want to pay it forward. If you just want to be friends on MFP and want motivation and accountability, I would be glad to offer just that. I hope you succeed in your journey.

There is nothing wrong with you. We all struggle. It is a matter of determination, desire, and knowledge. The first step is to start again. I would love to help you become accountable and offer positive motivation.
