LETS DO IT! I am so tired of being overweight and wearing size 16/18.I will not call myself fat, i refuse to demean myself this way. I am what i am , but want to look better and feel lighter. Please be my friend and lets help each other!

    You have started right by getting MFP it has me drop 30lbs in a year you can do this it will not be easy but if your hearts wants it and your minds wants it then you have all you need
