I weigh daily and it syncs automatically to MFP with a Withings scale. I evaluate the trend every 7 days.0

I use to weigh daily, but that was not successful for me. If I didn't see a drop in weight every day, I would get frustrated and eat more than I should, because I thought, "What the heck, this is not working for me anyway". Now I started back again, and weighed once this week, and lost 3 lbs. I don't care what happens during the middle of the week, it keeps me on track. Do what works best for you. Good Luck!0
