Hello! I am looking for a support to help me on this journey. I have a little over 100 ponds to loose. I am a mom of 3 who has gained more and more with each child. Now I have been put at my heaviest and it scares me. I have people who depend on me and need to make a healthy lifestyle change. Lets help each others out and we can do this together! Thanks!

Feel free to add me. I'm starting week 6 on mfp, down 11 lbs so right on track. I don't have a definite number as a goal, but quite a bit to lose as well0
