HELP! exercise with injury???

I am in a giant clunky walking cast for stress fractures in my foot (too many miles in my training too soon). I am annoyed. I workout 6 days a week and then take an active rest day usually. I do a mix of cardio (training for a marathon that is now not going to happen) and before this last bit of training I was doing strong lifts 5x5. Now I cannot do anything that I usually do... I am planning on doing some swimming and can do stationary bike. What else can I do? Anyone been in this crappy situation?

    Injuries stink. If you have access to a gym, you can do many of the strength machines. :+1:
