I don't know what it is. I am feeling so blah it has been a few days of not working out because of my schedule. All I want to do after work is go home and go to bed. I hate this mood. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I feel SO crappy now!

Try using an app like sworkit or bodbot at home tonight just to get out of your routine. Personally I feel lousy just doing home but I always feel it afterwards bc they tend to use different muscles. Just a thought0
