Help cutting body fat %

I'm doing a 60 day challenge at my crossfit to loose the greatest % of body fat in 60 days. I've been eating around 1800 calories during the week and about maintenance on Saturdays. I don't usually track the weekends, but we'll go out to dinner on Saturday night that wouldn't fit into my deficit. I plan to be more focused on the weekend during the challenge. My goal to this point has simply been to lose weight.
My diary is open. Today is a VERY typical weekday for me as I eat very consistently. I'm just looking for any suggestions on my diary to maximize BF reduction and win the challenge. I do xfit 2-3 times per week, run 2-3 times per week averaging about 6 miles per run, and try to go on a 40 mile bike ride once a week for a total of 5-6 workouts during a typical week. So I'm fairly active and stick to ~1800 - 1900 calories per day.
I want to make the most of the 60 days with the specific goal of reducing BF%. Appreciate any suggestions on my diary.
Starting:
Height: 5'9"
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Weight: 205#
BF: 22%

You could use Custom Goals to up your protein to 25 or 30% and wind the carbs down correspondingly.
Losing weight will lose % bodyfat as the lost weight is almost always well over 50% fat.0 -

Thanks for the suggestions. I was wondering if I should change my calories but I guess focusing on 1-2# per week is essentially the same thing.0
