I'm probably should have asked you this before I ordered a mega ton of it, but has anyone tried the Truity Naturals yet? I love true team in every flavor that I have had, but once I saw they came out with the naturals I decided to switch to that and I ordered the vanilla bean in the dark chocolate in giant size LOL does it taste artificial or the same or anyone have any opinion on the naturals version?

Sorry talk-to-text made some errors but I think you can figure out the gist of it LOL

I have never had the naturals version but I love the regular other flavors. Vanilla bean is my favorite. I would imagine they're not that different tasting. I might have to try some, I'm almost out of vanilla.

I just ran out of vanilla bean and ordered the naturals I'm a panicked state of not having any protein :D lol maybe I'll have to review. I didn't look into what ingredient swaps they made lol

Verdict is back. I prefer the original trutein but I'm happy to be eating cleaner. :#

I know the definition of "eating cleaner" varies, but I'm 90% sure that most normal definitions would not include substituting real food for a shake. Especially since even if it claims to be "natural", it's highly processed.

In case you want to save some money in the future, consider going to a store like walmart or target and trying their protein powders.
Don't knock them down too much.
Cost of some online can be as much as $4 a serving when you include shipping.
In stores as little as .57 cents a serving.
Don't forget pharmacies. I tried the CVS vanilla. Pretty good stuff even if made with water.
GNC could also save you money when you include shipping.

Never think that the vitamins are naturally occurring in the product.
    They are added.
Think of it as a powdered multivitamin added.

I have only tasted the chocolate peanut butter cup in the naturals in which I thought it was ok, but my taste profile gravitates towards the red velvet cake (which I love) and the banana flavor (as a treat, mix some with unflavored Greek yogurt and a crumbled up vanilla wafer or two for some banana "pudding").

I use it as food convenience (yes, milk and egg are real food regardless if you dehydrate them, scramble them up in a pan, or eat them raw) as I typically don't like to eat "heavy" in the morning upon waking up and this allows me to drink my calories/protein to meet those daily needs.

The only real difference between the two is the sweetener they use. Sucralose (artificial) vs Stevia (natural). Sucralose has had 20 years and more than 100 studies of scrutiny by the FDA and deemed safe. Stevia too has also been deemed safe by the FDA. Based on studies and research to date (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3198517/), the cost justification doesn't sway me to purchase the Stevia product option under normal circumstances...but this is of course, my opinion and thoughts only.

True but eating stevia instead of sucralose is still cleaner. I tried to substitute when I can. I figure a protein shake is better than pancakes and syrup, and Stevia is better than Sweet and Low or something, so if I have the option I try to take the healthier of the two.

I've tried a ton of different proteins and have trouble finding ones that I like. The only 2i like with a good makeup of protein fat carbs are Muscle Milk drinks, the pro series, truteil, and wonder slim... most of the other ones just don't taste good or dissolve well to me but I'm always open to trying new things, but I have tried a lot.

I'm always in a rush in the morning so a chobani and/or protein shake and/or turkey bacon hit the spot...

I don't think "processed" is automatically bad anyway.

It's got a little more fat than their other flavors (got to get that hint of cream cheese frosting taste somewhere), but it's great.
