Name is len just getting back to working out and eating right I been down this road so many times

    Opinion: Eating right is 90% of the battle.
    Exercise for your heart health.
    I do 20 minutes a day or I do not take a shower. (I've gone many days without a shower).
    Even leg lifts and hip lifts count.
    Get a food scale if you don't have one. Best $20 I ever spent in my life.
    Walmart has these. So does target and bbbeyond.
    Tell everyone around you not to tempt you with junk food anymore.

    Open your diary. Mines open.
    Just the thought that someone could look keeps you accountable.
