I realized that trying to lose 5 pounds by Saturday will not happen escpecially with all the busy schedule and stress. I realized I shouldn't set deadlines on weighing a certain weight by then because either way I try to make it work is extreme...either I barely eat or I eat too much. I'm doing this at my own pace now. No more deadlines. Okay actually one deadline...135 by the end of the year. I remember what I looked like last year at 135 and loved it, so that's my goal.

That's my goal too!! 135 is what I want to be (hopefully by summer time so I can look good at the beach LOL) but, slow and steady wins the race.0
