    Just then, the cop's radio crackled to life -- a new gang of weirdos had just entered town, and the cop was ordered to proceed to the Dairy Queen, where the weirdos had gathered, without delay.

    As he distributed tickets to the roving gang of weirdos, he began to hatch a plan involving their help to finally bust old man Rufie for causing an innocent, butt obsessed girl to fall out of her 2nd story window and into a pile of flaming leaves. She was a simple girl, after all.
