    Hiya :)

All fruits and vegetables have calories, some just have less/more than others.

I always log both fruit and vegetables. If I'm being strict and focused on a goal then I will weigh both fruit and vegetables. If I am happily pottering along losing about a kilo a month then I will weigh fruit and starchy vegetables and just eyeball my other veggies. If I'm maintaining I just guess the weight... but I always put them in the diary! Hope this helps :)

All fruit and vegetables have calories. If you are using a system with "free foods", you just aren't supposed to count them, because they are a part of your recommended everyday intake, but if you are calorie counting, all calories count equally.

I track all food. It has calories and eating enough of it without counting, especially fruits, can hurt your deficit.

I count because I track both calories and fiber. And sometimes I count colors as a full rainbow of colors in fruits and vegetables means I'm getting a wide range of nutrients. If I don't log fruits and vegetables, it means I'm not eating them.
