Has t25 work for anyone?

    Yes! I completed the Alpha and Beta rounds last summer, and I lost about 30 lbs doing the modified exercises (this was in conjunction with other workouts and making sure my calories were at a deficit, not following the nutritional guide provided). I just started T25 again last week, and it's awesome to see how much my overall fitness has improved since I first bought the program. I enjoy Shaun T's style and the format of the program because you have a variety of workouts that go by relatively quickly without being boring or corny. As with anything, practicing good form and making sure calories/macros are tracked consistently is a must if you want to see any results. ;)
