Suggestions for tonight!
I am at a BBQ tomorrow and there will be LOTS of food (which I intend on eating to my heart's content). Normally I would eat something light tonight in this situation, however, I have my first Kickboxing lesson and I have no idea how intense it'll be.
Can anyone suggest what I can eat tonight to get good post workout nutrition but not eating so much I feel I can't enjoy tomorrow? Check my diary and protile for any extra information - I have a lot of problems with my relationship with food
