Advacado always puts my fats over as this is good fat . is it OK ; thoughts?

As long as it isn't crowding out anything else you need or putting you over your calorie goal, it's okay to eat more fat.0

I added an avocado a day to my lunch. They're great for you, taste great, and keep you full. What's not ok about that? Having a diet higher in fat is fine if you like it. Also fine regarding any health concerns if it's mostly 'health' fat. If you find you need more carbs or protein, maybe you have other foods like mayonase, cheese, etc that you could cut some fat out of.0

Avocado is a great fat. Good fats are necessary in your diet. Especially if you eat low carb. Keeps you from getting too grumpy. lol0

I'm a firm believer in making your calories count. IE, if they offer nutritious value, and they fit in your daily allowances, it's all good. Cut the empty calories (processed foods, pop, added refined sugar etc) if you need to lower your calories for the day....but enjoy the avocado. They are the perfect food.

I would LOVE to grow avocado but it's not happening in my region.1

I live in CA where avocados are thankfully cheap so I eat them every day. I mash up half an avocado and garbanzo beans, sprinkle with lime and Tajin, and eat it on a tortilla. So filling and so good.2
