New way to have your protein powder.

I tried this new concoction this weekend, and I loved it.

I used

1/2 scoop of protein powder (16G) I used Trutein Birthday cake.
50g Fage yogurt (I used full fat)
15g of Light Cream cheese

Mix and refrigerate or throw it in the freezer for about 20 mins.

It came out so thick and creamy. It tasted like cheese cake frosting. I think it will work with chocolate of vanilla too.

    Sounds good. Why did you choose full fat yogurt and reduced fat cream cheese? Just curious. Does it affect the taste.

    Actually I picked up the full fat on accident, but the way I divided it the full fat comes out to only 50 cals. The cream cheese comes up to 35 cals.

    Ricotta or mascarpone cheese work well, too.
