Did anyone overeat yesterday? I already ate my daily intake of 1730 + more in one midnight binge. I know it's bad to eat all that in one sitting, but can I still make up for it by working off some of the calories today and starve myself until tomorrow? I only recently started charting right after I eat, but now I'm thinking of checking meals beforehand. I kinda feel bad right now and about to hit the gym to work off whatever calories I can anyways.
