Workout Plan

I workout Mon.-Fri. in the office gym at lunch. I am looking for some advice on a strength training program (free weights). Right now, I just kind of wing it but would like to have a solid 20 minute routine that I can add to my workouts in addition to the cardio I currently do in the gym.

Any suggestions on where I may find a good routine? Thanks in advance for any guidance. :smile:

PS - I also practice yoga and am an avid distance cyclist and golfer. Some really good strength training would benefit me with these things as well :smiley:
