I recently bought myself a set of fancy digital scales, and I guess with the novelty of getting these I have been weighing myself every morning rather than once per week, now I have noticed I have been stuck at 90.6kg exactly for the past 3 mornings even though I am limiting to 1500 cals per day which I found odd. The weight is coming off but I can only assume it must go in 1 go rather than gradually or am I wrong? Or more importantly should I just stick to weighing myself once per week as before rather than thinking to much into it?

You can't take daily weights as loss indicators as what you eat can effect your weight too much salt you'll retain fluids not going to toilet or going to toilet take monthly weights and measurements as true indicators 3 days isn't going to show anything except water loss in the beginning

I always weigh every day and yes it does go all at once every few days rather than a little every day

Weight loss isn't linear and has to do with several factors such as sleep, water retention, hormones, etc. You can stay the same, jump up a few pounds one day, drop back down the next. If you want to weight once a day, it's a shiny new object so I get it  , there are websites that you can chart your weight that give you a better graph than MFP to follow your trends. The key word in that is trend.

As for when you should weigh, that's up to you and what you feel is best both for your overall outlook, and your mental outlook (ie if you have a hard time not seeing it move, may freak out when you see a gain one day).

Weight loss (or gain for that matter) is not linear. The human body is an efficient machine, but not one that can be held to a mathematical model. Everyone has normal daily fluctuations depending on time of day, food intake, restroom visits, hydration, etc. I can fluctuate as much as 10 lbs in a day depending on those factors.

You might consider an app/site like trendweight, to help smooth out the noise and help you look at the trend more effectively.

Human bodies consist of lots of different stuff with different density, all of them fluctuating at different frequencies, often in a somewhat predictiable pattern, following menstrual cycle (if applicable), food and water, carb and salt intake, constipation, soreness, but also for no good reason, often a kilo from one day to the next. Modern scales, monitoring tenths of kilos, are really too accurate for what they are measuring. We are usually interested in just a tiny portion of what the scale display shows - the amount of fat, and there is no reliable way to discern that from the number on the display. The amount of fat increases and decreases slowly, but steadily. You need a long period of frequent weigh-ins to determine a trend. Ultramodern scales may "help" you even more - by not showing a difference to your last weigh-in until you have lost a pound or so. Check the user guide to rule out that possibility.
