A Stone Needs To Do One... Done!

So back in January I decided I wanted to shift some extra weight I was carrying and I'd tried to do this on a previous occasion, without much luck. I had also tried to log with MFP but again didn't stick to it and got to about 2 weeks and gave up.
I thought I'd give the app a go again and really be regimented with it. I'm currently on 94 days and just over a stone down. Was 13 and a half stone when I started and now sit just below 12 and a half. If you're thinking of using the app but aren't sure, I can assure you it's worth having. Great app to let you know where you're up to throughout the day and great for tracking workouts. I always track them so I can compare between weeks and see my progress. Below is a before and after picture, around 11 or so weeks apart. There were a couple of weeks in my workout where I was ill and didn't do much, and had an injury, so again didn't do much.
