Trying hard!

Hiya! I've been trying hard to lose weight after I had a rugby injury which has stopped me being able to play. Going from playing sport 5 times a week, to playing zero but still eating as if I was didn't help staying slim. I put on a lot of weight and it's really time to shift it off! I'd love to start this journey with some friends to help motivate me and visa versa! Happy to add anyone and make friends here it seems like a lovely, welcoming community. I really want to get back into light sporting activity as well for my injury rehab, but finding the motivation really hard. I've got a long way to go, but really looking forward to the end result!
