For those who practice IF, which method serms to be most effective for leaning out? I am especially curious about leangains (18/6) versus the 5:2 method. Which do you find easier to sustain long term?

I haven't done lean gains. I did alternate day (JUDDD) for most of my loss, and maintain well with 5:2. I think they're all pretty easily sustainable, but I can't lose with 5:2.

I do leangains, but in the end it's about running a deficit. Leangains might help you, it might not. Just start and see.

Look into the renegade diet. It`s geared towards bodybuilding but the methods are pretty universal.
